The company was formed as a direct result of the need to assist businesses in the South African labour environment. Wage Administration
RPL will attend to payment of all staff, which includes the statutory deductions of U.I.F., WCA, P.A.Y.E, etc. Payment is based on the weekly timesheets or clock systems your company provides for better control.
Industrial Relations
RPL will handle all aspects of Industrial Relations problems as we conduct all the necessary disciplinary hearings and follow the legislated procedures. We will follow the same procedure currently in place at Your Company, or combine our disciplinary code as per your requirements.

Legislation / Statutory Benefits
RPL operates according to strict legal standards to ensure that our service is professional and compliant. The group’s legal department promotes awareness of and complete compliance with the Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, Skills Development Act and the RDP.
Workmanship Compensation
RPL is registered with the Workmen’s Compensation Commissioner and all employees are covered for benefits resulting from any accident, death, etc.

U.I.F. (Unemployment Insurance Fund)
As registered labour brokers, we comply with the legal deductions of U.I.F. contributions for all our employees. U.I.F. employment cards are applied for and issued to employees as required.
Presentability of Staff
We guarantee that we will supply only well groomed, presentable staff to you. We understand the type of industry you are in, and believe that well presented staff have a lasting impression.
Staff Replacement
Staff replacement will be handled in strict compliance to your company's procedures and requirements.
